5. VIDEO RESUME PROCESSING (IMAGE AND VOICE DATA)

60 Seconds Resume is a video-first recruitment platform.

When candidates upload video content, they acknowledge and agree that:

  • their video may be viewed by authorized employers through the Platform for recruitment and hiring purposes;
  • their image, voice, and personal presentation may be processed to deliver the video resume feature;
  • video content may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure and streamed through the Platform to authorized users; and
  • the Company may create technical copies necessary for storage, backup, and delivery.

We do not sell video content or license it to unrelated third parties.

6. DISCLOSURE AND DATA SHARING

We may disclose personal information only as consistent with declared, specified, and legitimate purposes, and with appropriate safeguards.

A. Employers (Recruitment Sharing)

Candidate information (including resumes and video resumes) may be made available to employers for recruitment and hiring purposes through the Platform.

B. Service Providers (Outsourcing)

We may engage third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, security monitoring, customer support). Such providers are required to implement reasonable privacy and security measures and to process data only under our instructions and for specified purposes.

C. Legal Authorities and Compliance

We may disclose personal information when required or permitted by law, court order, government request, or regulatory investigation, or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If we become aware that an account has been created by a minor, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete or restrict processing of the associated personal information, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
